Can you believe 50 years have gone by since our class walked across the stage as graduates of the TWU class of 1970? Our 50-year reunion is quickly approaching, and we are so excited to reunite this April 25-30 for Homecoming 2022!
OUR GOAL
The class of 1970 has been challenged to leave a legacy at Texas Woman's University in honor of our milestone 50-year reunion. We are seeking to endow a scholarship in honor of our 50-year reunion. In order to do so, our class goal is to raise a total of $25,000.
This can be done with a gift of $19.70 or $1,970. Every gift – regardless of the amount– is critical to the continued success of TWU. So, let’s each give back to our alma mater and help make it an even better place than when we left it.

YOUR IMPACT
Donating today gets your graduating class closer to establishing a permanent endowment and impacting current and future students. Endowment gifts are invested with the purpose of producing continued earnings over time. This means the principal amount of each endowment remains in perpetuity while the investment income generated provides support annually for a scholarship. Once established, the Class of 1970 Scholarship Endowment would be awarded every year to a worthy TWU student.
Scholarships are the single greatest tools we have to attract the best and brightest students to Texas Woman's University. The class challenge is a friendly competition between the classes of 1970, 1971 and 1972 to raise funds and provide scholarships to qualified students who could not otherwise attend.
We hope you’ll come back to campus for Homecoming 2022, April 25–30, to enjoy an exciting series of events – from a showcase of university leadership , to networking opportunities, cocktails with your classmates, and an exclusive hospitality tent during the celebration.
